Questions
What size Blackout Liner should I choose?
Measure the width of your curtain track or pole. Choose the liner that matches or slightly exceeds it. 120 cm suits a standard single panel, 160 cm covers most windows, 220 cm fits wide windows and bay fittings. The liner attaches to the existing track and hangs behind the curtain.
How do I wash the Weight Blanket?
The outer cover zips off and goes in the machine on a cold, gentle cycle. The inner layer — glass beads in cotton pockets — spot-cleans only. The two parts are designed to be separated for exactly this reason.
Do the Soft Plugs work for side sleepers?
The silicone is soft enough to sleep on without discomfort. They sit flush rather than protruding, so the pillow does not push them in further. Most side sleepers find them comfortable through the night.
How does the Ember Lamp's fade work?
The lamp connects to your phone once to set a fade duration and a wake time. After that it runs independently — no app required for daily use. The fade is gradual over the time you set, up to thirty minutes.
Is the Hush Machine on a loop?
No. The recordings are long and non-repeating. Brown noise runs for eight hours; the rain recording for six. There is no loop and no reset point — which is what most people notice in other machines.
Underquiet makes a small range and keeps it that way. When a product no longer does what it should, it leaves the range.
